Senior Software Engineer, MyHealthTeam

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services in Python and Node.js that ingest and process real‑world data for AI‑driven marketing insights.
• Architect and deploy scalable solutions on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine‑learning models into production pipelines, optimizing model performance and latency.
• Implement robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality checks to support real‑time analytics and reporting.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a cloud‑native environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js with a track record of building production‑grade services.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Step Functions).
• Solid understanding of machine‑learning workflows and model deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering privacy‑safe healthcare solutions.
