Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure services, ensuring seamless integration with Power Platform and external APIs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop custom Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in C# and .NET.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services, Power Platform, and third‑party APIs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable code.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in Dynamics 365.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, Azure, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Hands‑on experience with API design, RESTful services, and JavaScript for client‑side customization.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization in Dynamics 365.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
