About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect environments from scratch, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Develop and implement call flows, IVR scripts, and routing logic tailored to healthcare workflows.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems (CRM, EHR, ticketing) using APIs, Lambda, and EventBridge.
- Set up and manage reporting dashboards, metrics, and analytics to monitor performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce HIPAA requirements and conduct regular audits.
- Provide ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and support for production contact center operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect and related services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch).
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and experience building compliant contact center solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on engineering mindset.
