About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement new features for a brokerage productivity platform using Python, Node.js, and React.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable code.
- Own code quality: write unit/integration tests, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Optimize application performance and reliability on AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
