Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI‑powered platforms and applications, driving rapid adoption across the organization using Python, ML, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable AI platforms and document‑processing solutions using Python and ML frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design patterns, and best practices for AI integration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to ensure rapid, reliable deployments.
- Optimize data pipelines and storage on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, Redshift, and SageMaker.
- Mentor junior engineers and evangelize AI capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and data engineering tools.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering production‑grade code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a fast‑moving environment.
