Senior engineer needed to design and build hyperscale developer infrastructure that boosts CI health, branch readiness, test efficiency, and release confidence for a large‑scale data store platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly scalable services that monitor and improve continuous integration pipelines and branch health.
- Build automated testing frameworks and tooling to increase test coverage, reduce flakiness, and accelerate feedback loops.
- Develop release‑automation components that enhance deployment confidence across a distributed datastore environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define metrics, dashboards, and alerting for developer productivity.
- Drive performance optimizations and reliability improvements for large‑scale infrastructure running on Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production‑grade systems in Python and/or Go.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release engineering at scale.
- Hands‑on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to design distributed, fault‑tolerant services and troubleshoot complex performance issues.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, collaborative mindset, and passion for improving developer productivity.
