About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI‑vision pipelines that convert web‑based foot scans into 3D models for custom orthotics.
- Implement real‑time robotics control software for automated manufacturing and device assembly.
- Build and optimize cloud‑native services on AWS to support end‑to‑end DME workflow automation, including claims processing and revenue cycle management.
- Collaborate with data science, product, and hardware teams to integrate machine‑learning models into production systems.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Hands‑on experience building computer‑vision or machine‑learning pipelines for medical or imaging applications.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and experience deploying scalable services.
- Familiarity with robotics control systems and real‑time software constraints.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
