Senior Software Engineer, GTM Engineering

As a Senior Software Engineer on our GTM Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions that drive business growth and customer success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software systems that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and prioritizing technical projects, collaborating with engineers and product managers to define project scope and requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects
• Work with engineers and product managers to define project scope and requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and technical debt reduction

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS
• Experience with machine learning and data analysis a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
