About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship feature‑rich, responsive UI components in React and TypeScript that drive user acquisition and engagement across web and OTT applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate user‑centered concepts into production‑ready code, ensuring a seamless onboarding and account management experience.
- Implement SEO best practices, structured data, and performance optimizations (code‑splitting, lazy loading, critical CSS) to improve search visibility and load times.
- Build and maintain a robust technical architecture that supports rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and data‑driven feature rollouts.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion clean, maintainable code standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of front‑end engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong grasp of CSS, modern layout techniques, and responsive design principles.
- Hands‑on experience with SEO optimization, performance tuning, and web analytics.
- Proficiency in building and scaling feature‑flagged experiments and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
