Senior Software Engineer GenAI - Parametric - Morgan Stanley

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop end‑to‑end GenAI pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving, using Python and AWS services.
• Collaborate with data scientists to fine‑tune large language models and evaluate performance metrics.
• Implement robust data engineering workflows, ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Integrate AI models into production systems, monitoring latency, throughput, and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML production.
• Proficiency in Python, AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, Glue), and container orchestration (ECS/EKS).
• Hands‑on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience with ETL pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
