About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, responsive UI components using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Implement performance optimizations, code‑splitting, and accessibility best practices to ensure fast, inclusive interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion clean‑code principles.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and modern build tools.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance tuning.
- Experience with Next.js or similar server‑side rendering frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building user‑centric healthcare solutions.
