About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross‑functional teammates to identify workflow inefficiencies and design AI‑powered solutions.
- Lead the architecture and development of end‑to‑end data pipelines and machine‑learning services that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Build and expose robust APIs and integrations that enable seamless consumption of AI insights by internal applications.
- Collaborate with product owners and business leaders to translate requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Mentor junior engineers, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement of code quality and deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on data engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying cloud‑native solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable APIs and microservices using REST/GraphQL frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset for working with non‑technical stakeholders.
