Software Engineer
Lead the design and development of scalable microservices in Java using Spring Boot, deploying to AWS with Docker and Kubernetes, while ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability for automotive financing solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high‑throughput microservices in Java/Spring Boot for automotive financing workflows.
- Design and implement robust data models and SQL queries for transactional and analytical workloads.
- Containerize applications with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and manage deployments on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, review code, and enforce best practices.
- Participate in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java and Spring ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and SQL optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3).
- Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and unit/integration testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
