About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑throughput backend services for Experience Agents using Python and Node.js.
- Build and iterate on front‑end components with React to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Architect and deploy scalable solutions on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile setting to define requirements, estimate effort, and deliver incremental value.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation).
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
