Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions for enterprise clients, leveraging Python, deep learning, and AWS to build scalable, production‑grade models that drive business outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving, using Python and AWS services.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production‑ready models, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and maintain data engineering workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI development and deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Strong background in data engineering, including ETL pipelines and feature store design.
- Experience deploying models at scale and implementing model monitoring and A/B testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
