About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) using C# and .NET.
- Integrate D365 CE with Azure services, Power Platform, and third‑party APIs to enable end‑to‑end business workflows.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications and functional prototypes.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring to ensure reliable releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, and web resources.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/Framework, and JavaScript/TypeScript for client‑side customizations.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Solid understanding of relational databases, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
