About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using modern tooling to support rapid, reliable software delivery.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, leveraging IaC principles for reproducibility and compliance.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands‑on delivery across Platform Engineering initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes, monitoring, and incident response to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to embed security, observability, and governance into the DevOps workflow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and influencing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a passion for automation, scalability, and security.
