Senior Software Engineer leading end‑to‑end development of a mission‑critical real‑estate eRecording platform, driving data design, .NET Core services, Angular UI, and AI/ML integration to streamline electronic document processing across county recorders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server schemas and data pipelines for high‑volume eRecording transactions.
- Build and optimize .NET Core microservices that handle document submission, tracking, and return workflows.
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver responsive Angular interfaces for clients and internal operations.
- Integrate AI and machine‑learning models to automate document classification, error detection, and workflow routing.
- Own end‑to‑end feature ownership, from requirements through deployment and post‑production support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in C#/.NET Core.
- Strong background in relational database design, particularly SQL Server.
- Proficiency with Angular (v12+) and modern front‑end development practices.
- Hands‑on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication abilities.
