About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core backend services and SDKs that support the Speechify product ecosystem.

- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency in building and scaling Node.js services and React applications.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, etc.) and cloud‑native architecture.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a passion for building high‑quality user experiences.
