Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions for industrial supply chains, leveraging Python, ML, and AWS to transform operational workflows and deliver actionable insights to manufacturing and logistics clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines that ingest, process, and analyze large-scale operational data from manufacturing and logistics environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate ML models into scalable, production-ready services using Python and AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and S3.
- Design and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices that expose AI insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize model performance and latency, ensuring real‑time decision support for workforce and inventory management.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in software quality and DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and API design.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
