Lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise‑grade AI and agentic automation solutions, building a Digital Workforce Ecosystem that orchestrates autonomous AI subagents across the campaign lifecycle using Python, Machine Learning, AWS, and Kubernetes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and automation services that power a multi‑agent Digital Workforce Ecosystem.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value AI use cases from prototype to production, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps to integrate ML models, data pipelines, and real‑time optimization engines.
- Design and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and ECS/EKS.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software quality and continuous delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML and automation.
- Proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong background in designing and deploying production‑grade ML pipelines and autonomous agent systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
