Software Architect
Senior Software Engineer and Application Architect leading design, development, and deployment of scalable healthcare platforms using Java, .NET, microservices, and AWS cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, high‑performance applications for a large physician network, leveraging microservice patterns and cloud‑native technologies.
- Lead full‑stack development using Java, C#, and .NET, ensuring clean code, test coverage, and adherence to industry standards.
- Design and manage containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, optimizing scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and clinical teams to translate healthcare requirements into technical solutions, including integration with HL7/FHIR interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java and C#/.NET.
- Proven experience designing and deploying microservice architectures on AWS, including use of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and data modeling for healthcare applications.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work cross‑functionally, and a track record of mentoring technical teams.
