Senior Software Engineer, AI Transformation - Omada Health

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI infrastructure and tooling that enable internal teams to build, test, and deploy AI models safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define best practices, patterns, and standards for AI model lifecycle management.
• Implement scalable, cloud‑native services on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate machine learning frameworks and libraries into production workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and evangelize AI engineering practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js, with experience building production‑grade services.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EKS, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.) and Kubernetes cluster management.
• Solid background in Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
