Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high‑impact software solutions, leading code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across interdisciplinary teams using modern Agile and cloud practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software components as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Own project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold best‑practice standards.
- Mentor less‑experienced engineers on architecture, design patterns, and development workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering disciplines to translate requirements into robust solutions.
- Define, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong grasp of object‑oriented design and modern programming languages.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments and delivering production‑grade applications.
- Deep knowledge of version control (Git) and automated build/release pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services for compute, storage, and networking.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring or leading technical teams.
