Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing engineering organization, driving delivery excellence, resource planning, and cross‑functional collaboration using Agile, CI/CD, and AWS microservices architecture.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and people leadership for a distributed software development organization, ensuring high quality, on‑time delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Drive engineering execution, contractor oversight, and resource planning in partnership with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Support.
- Champion Agile practices, sprint planning, retrospectives, and metrics to maintain delivery readiness and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, prioritize features, and align engineering initiatives with business goals.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and microservices architecture to support scalable, secure products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a senior management or lead role.
- Proven track record managing cross‑functional teams, contractors, and complex delivery pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, CI/CD, AWS, and microservices design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in fintech or healthcare technology is a plus.
