Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for AI/ML‑driven, data‑intensive healthcare applications.
- Validate AI/ML model outputs, assessing input data quality, accuracy, consistency, bias, and edge‑case handling.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and compliance teams to define test strategies that meet regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
- Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated regression and performance testing.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve model reliability and product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on AI/ML applications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
