Senior Software Developer driving the implementation of a cloud‑based Workday ERP solution, enhancing HR and Finance processes through custom integrations, reporting, and agile delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday HCM and Finance modules within a cloud‑based ERP environment.
- Build and maintain custom Workday Studio integrations and REST/ SOAP adapters to connect Workday with external systems.
- Create and optimize Workday Report Writer queries, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile practices to deliver incremental value and ensure high quality releases.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution architecture, and technical documentation for enterprise‑wide adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workday development, including Studio, Report Writer, and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, HR and Finance processes, and cloud deployment models.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SQL, and scripting languages used in Workday integrations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
