Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from team‑level Scrum to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple development streams.
• Establish SAFe governance, roles, ceremonies, and metrics to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design, architect, and implement a secure application development environment that accelerates delivery while meeting stringent government security standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Mentor and coach development teams on Agile best practices, DevSecOps pipelines, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Agile transformations.
• Hands‑on experience implementing SAFe (certification preferred) and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Proven ability to design secure, cloud‑ready architectures and enforce security controls in the development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of guiding cross‑functional teams in a government environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
