About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship production‑grade LLM‑powered features and agents for the rental housing platform.
- Build and maintain evaluation harnesses, prompt versioning pipelines, and observability dashboards to ensure model reliability.
- Integrate services via MCP and other APIs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in software quality and scalability.
- Stay current with AI research and translate cutting‑edge techniques into production systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and Node.js.
- Hands‑on experience deploying and managing LLMs and building prompt engineering pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, SageMaker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and monitoring best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.
