Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes on AWS, while mentoring teammates in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high‑performance Java microservices with Spring Boot, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Design and expose clean RESTful APIs, integrating with internal and external services.
- Containerize applications with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and deploy to AWS environments.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and QA to deliver features on time.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, primarily in Java.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3).
- Proficient in writing unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in Agile teams.
