About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mission‑critical Go services that power real‑time payment gateways for FedNow and RTP.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define feature requirements, architecture, and performance targets.
- Implement robust unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in Go.
- Hands‑on experience building real‑time payment or high‑frequency trading systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and low‑latency design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
