About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate power models for SoC components from RTL to final netlist.
- Analyze power consumption across design stages and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with architecture, RTL, and verification teams to integrate power‑aware design practices.
- Drive initiatives to reduce overall power budget for machine learning accelerators.
- Document methodologies, results, and recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SoC power engineering for ASIC or FPGA platforms.
- Strong background in RTL, netlist power estimation, and power‑aware design techniques.
- Proficiency with power analysis tools (e.g., PowerPlay, PrimeTime, or equivalent).
- Experience working on machine learning or AI accelerator architectures is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
