About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available data pipeline infrastructure on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes and Terraform for automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to define reliability SLAs and implement proactive monitoring and alerting.
- Develop and maintain Go and Python services that power data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
- Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem documentation to continuously improve system resilience.
- Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization across the data platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SRE or DevOps experience in a cloud‑native environment.
- Strong proficiency with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) and Kubernetes cluster management.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
- Proficient in Go and Python for building scalable services.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
