About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze construction blueprints, topographical layouts, and rebar schedules to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Conduct precise site set‑out and surveying using advanced equipment, marking elevations and structural axes.
- Identify and resolve day‑to‑day engineering discrepancies and unforeseen technical challenges on site.
- Allocate resources efficiently, supervising skilled personnel, heavy machinery, and construction materials.
- Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in civil construction site management.
- Proficiency in surveying tools, blueprint reading, and construction software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of project budgeting and cost control practices.
