What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in managing and overseeing the deployment and commissioning of ChargePoint solutions. This role involves leading project teams, making high-level technical decisions, and resolving complex issues related to EV charging infrastructure. While occasional site visits may be required for high-visibility projects, the primary focus is on strategic project oversight and team coordination, with approximately 40% travel expected. In this senior-level position, you will serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution from purchase order to final handover. You will also take on greater decision-making authority, drive process improvements, and provide technical expertise in troubleshooting advanced system challenges. Additionally, mentoring junior engineers and supporting the development of best practices will be a crucial aspect of this role.
