Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise SharePoint solutions, leveraging Azure, .NET, and PowerShell to deliver secure, high‑performance collaboration platforms for a fast‑moving organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online and on‑premises solutions that meet business requirements and scalability goals.
- Integrate SharePoint with Azure services, Office 365, and custom .NET applications to enable seamless workflows.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring tasks using PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define governance, security, and compliance standards for the SharePoint environment.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior engineers and development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation of SharePoint administration tasks.
- Experience building custom solutions with .NET (C#) and JavaScript/TypeScript, including SPFx web parts.
- Solid understanding of Azure infrastructure (App Services, Functions, AD, Key Vault) and its integration with SharePoint.
- Proven ability to design secure, high‑availability architectures and enforce governance best practices.
