About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
- Lead technical architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Implement and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, data imports/exports, and middleware connectors.
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and post‑implementation support to ensure solution stability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP API integration.
- Experience designing integration architectures and working with middleware platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and client‑facing skills.
