Devops Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform solutions, driving automation and integration across enterprise IT services using JavaScript and best‑practice ITSM practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom JavaScript, UI policies, and business rules for optimal platform performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, conduct impact analysis, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning while ensuring compliance with ITIL processes.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform engineering and administration.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks) and data migration.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
