About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for ServiceNow ITSM modules using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) and JavaScript.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define test requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance tests, analyze results, and track defects through resolution.
- Implement CI/CD integration for automated test execution within Agile sprint cycles.
- Provide test documentation, reporting, and recommendations to improve solution reliability and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically ITSM applications and ATF.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and REST API testing within ServiceNow.
- Strong background in test automation, QA processes, and Agile development environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain).
