About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) to meet client business requirements.
- Develop custom workflows, automations, and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Apply ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Lead technical workshops, provide mentorship to junior consultants, and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex platform issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, including multiple ITSM module implementations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ability to translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and building REST/SOAP integrations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large‑scale, enterprise‑level ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
