About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow initiatives, partnering with clients, executives, and end users to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
- Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SPM, GRC, and App Engine modules.
- Drive requirements strategy and solution design, ensuring alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to assess current‑state processes, identify pain points, and define optimized future‑state workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and test ServiceNow solutions, ensuring quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with deep knowledge of GRC, ITSM, SPM, and App Engine modules.
- Proven ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with solution design, configuration, and testing within the ServiceNow platform.
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
