Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop custom ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet complex business requirements.
- Design and implement cloud automation strategies, ensuring seamless deployment of self-hosted ServiceNow instances.
- Lead workflow optimization projects, creating efficient, scalable processes across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions and maintain high quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as a ServiceNow developer/architect with a strong portfolio of custom solutions.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), and integration patterns.
- Hands‑on expertise in cloud automation, deployment pipelines, and managing self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
- Strong understanding of workflow design, ITIL processes, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.
