Servicenow Developer
Lead design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, delivering robust ITSM workflows, custom applications, and integrations using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and custom workflow automation.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and scripted web services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers on ServiceNow development standards.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and custom application development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations and working with APIs.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work collaboratively in Scrum teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication abilities, and a track record of delivering high‑quality solutions.
