Senior ServiceNow Developer leading design, development, and enhancement of IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform, driving Agile delivery, integrations, and process automation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules supporting the full IT asset lifecycle.
- Lead Agile sprints, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
- Implement and enforce ITIL‑based processes for asset tracking, change, and configuration management.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in ServiceNow development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, including custom applications and integrations.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts) and Flow Designer.
- Deep understanding of IT Asset Management and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
