Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow applications, leveraging JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern web technologies to deliver robust, secure solutions for complex business processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks.
- Configure and extend out‑of‑the‑box workflows, forms, views, email notifications, and access controls to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in internal and customer meetings to identify unique use cases and translate them into functional solutions.
- Rapidly prototype new features and demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong JavaScript and API integration skills.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
