Senior ServiceNow Developer with 5‑6 years of experience designing, configuring, and deploying ITAM and ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and asset lifecycle automation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
- Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB modules, ensuring accurate data collection and service topology.
- Build and customize Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) workflows, licensing compliance, and lifecycle processes.
- Configure and manage MID Server infrastructure for secure data collection across on‑premise environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5‑6 years of hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITAM and ITOM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server configuration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide API) and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to design asset lifecycle workflows, licensing models, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
