About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and workflows using low‑code tools such as Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Implement custom server‑side and client‑side JavaScript to extend platform functionality.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and cloud services.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Maintain code quality, perform unit testing, and support ongoing platform governance and upgrades.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and low‑code development tools.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an Agile team setting.
