Senior professional responsible for designing, developing, and administering ServiceNow solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and driving process automation while ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Administer the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security roles, and instance health monitoring.
- Implement ITIL-aligned processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Develop server‑side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client‑side scripts (UI Policies, UI Actions) using JavaScript.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, PowerShell scripts, and SQL queries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and SQL for scripting and data manipulation.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and automating workflows.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
