Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for cybersecurity and risk management, driving automation and resilience across client environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that support cyber, risk, and technology programs.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations) to meet client security and compliance requirements.
- Lead automation initiatives using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and integration with external security tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide best‑practice guidance.
- Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience, with a focus on cybersecurity or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow security modules.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, REST, SOAP) and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security tooling (SIEM, SOAR).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
