About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and ITIL best practices.
- Lead integration of ServiceNow with cloud services, APIs, and third‑party applications, ensuring data consistency and security.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage release cycles using Agile methodologies.
- Mentor and coach developers, administrators, and business users on platform capabilities and governance.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, performance metrics, and compliance controls across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and administration.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM) and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred.
